Nico and I were talking the other day about the power your mind has over your body. One of the best example is Arnold Schwarzenegger: he wanted to become a bodybuilder, he is now considered among the most important figures in the history of bodybuilding. He wanted to become Mr. Universe, he got the title. He then randomly decided to become an actor, he took Hollywood by storm. After that, he decided to go into politics and became the Governor of California.
When asked about it, he says: “The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.”
If you think about it on a very basic level, when you decide to do 40 abs, you start getting tired towards the 35th; and when you decide to do 50, you start getting tired at the 45th. Crazy!
Another inspiring story on Arnold’s blog: “You want to be strong, be strong. You want a 6 pack, get a 6 pack. But understand that with these decisions comes sacrifice.” (http://www.schwarzenegger.com/fitness/post/motivation1)
Now go conquer!
(Thanks Nico for our daily inspiring discussions.)
For that note that makes time travel possible and all that’s around you invisible.
