I’m an over-thinker sometimes. But when that over-thinking happens at night right before I go to sleep, it gets dangerous. Somehow, when in your bed, in the dark, the thoughts get more intense.
BUT the bed is your peace place. you shouldn’t clutter your head with negative thoughts in your peace place. Chill. Relax. Make up nice surreal stories in your head to fall asleep (come on! we all do that… no?).
